Payments
We receive all payments through Paypal – a secure online payment system, who accept all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Maestro, etc) This is a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, so you can be confident that your card details are securely held.
Postage and Packaging
At present we only deliver to the UK, all orders are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order. UK orders are posted using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, usual delivery is 4-5 days, though it may take longer in such instances as a Royal Mail strike etc...
Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by using the online 'Contact Us' form including your order ID, we will re-fund your payment via Paypal, within 30 days.
Should your order already be dispatched (we normally dispatch within 24-48hrs of your order), please contact us with your order ID and details of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded through Paypal. If an order was shipped using a free or reduced cost delivery offer, the net cost to us of the delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Due to the nature of the goods, all items MUST be returned unused, in the condition to which they were received and with their original packaging. Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange any earrings. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage from Royal Mail for any returned item.
Damaged Items
Very rarely, an item may be damaged on route to you, we will only accept claims for damage when notified within 7 days of receipt. In the instance of all deliveries made by Royal Mail it will be assumed that it takes no more than 7 working days for a packet / parcel to arrive, we will therefore allow 14 days from the date of despatch for claims to be made. No claims will be accepted outside these times. You must keep all original packaging for possible return to us. Please complete a contact us form to inform us of a problem.
Delivery Problems / Re-Delivery
It is assumed that you will be available to receive your order, or a neighbour will be available to receive it on your behalf. Royal Mail will take in parcels they are unable to deliver, you must contact them as soon as possible to arrange a re-delivery or collection, they can only hold the parcel for 1 week after which is it returned to us. There will be additional delivery charges should you then wish another delivery.
Victoria & Co accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, on your behalf pursue a replacement from the manufacturer. If we feel it appropriate, Victoria & Co will replace the item, at our discretion, whilst a replacement is being obtained from the manufacturer.
All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Victoria & Co cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control.
